Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pertimbangan hukum Hakim Konstitusi dalam memutus pembatalan Syarat Domisili pada Pencalonan Kepala Desa Pengangkatan Perangkat menurut Putusan Mahkamah Nomor 128/PUU-XIII/2015 akibat penghapusan 128/PUU-XIII/2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu normatif. normative adalah dilakukan dengan melalui studi pustaka atau library research. mengabulkan permohonan terkait syarat domisili bagi calon perangkat desa harus terdaftar sebagai penduduk bertempat tinggal di setempat. Sedangkan Lahirnya 128/PUU-XIII/2015, menimbulkan implikasi Adanya penyesuaian terhadap peraturan berhubungan pencalonan kepala pengangkatan
